A leading travel company in London is seeking a People & Change Partner to provide expert HR guidance and lead employee-focused projects. This role requires a strong HR background in dynamic environments, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of UK employment law. People & Change Partner (16321) at easyJet holidays. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll work with managers across the business, providing expert HR guidance and leading on people-focused projects across the employee lifecycle. You’ll support organisational change, and career and development initiatives, playing a key role in supporting employees throughout their journey with us. You’ll co-chair our People Action Group (PAG), championing engagement, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives, and bringing colleagues together through social and community events. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who thrives on variety, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about creating a brilliant employee experience.
The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
