Overview

People & Change Partner (16321) at easyJet holidays. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll work with managers across the business, providing expert HR guidance and leading on people-focused projects across the employee lifecycle. You’ll support organisational change, and career and development initiatives, playing a key role in supporting employees throughout their journey with us. You’ll co-chair our People Action Group (PAG), championing engagement, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives, and bringing colleagues together through social and community events. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who thrives on variety, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about creating a brilliant employee experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR guidance to managers and lead on a variety of people-focused projects across the employee lifecycle.
  • Deliver organisational change and support career and development initiatives.
  • Co-chair the People Action Group (PAG) and champion engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives, and organize social and community events.
  • Support talent development and the development of people managers and employees to build capability and confidence across the business.
  • Collaborate with managers and senior leaders to drive people initiatives in a growing environment.
Requirements
  • Dynamic People and Change Partner with a strong HR background in fast-paced, multi-functional environments, ideally within a rapidly growing or start-up business.
  • Experience in both operational and strategic HR, implementing organisational change, and designing innovative employee programmes that drive engagement and development.
  • Exceptional communication skills, commercial awareness, and thorough understanding of UK employment law; experience partnering with senior leaders and employee groups.
  • Highly organised, resilient, and proactive, with confidence using Workday, MS Office and HR systems.

Additional details

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
