About The Role

People Business Partner - Fixed Term from January for 6 months.

We have an exciting opportunity for a People Business Partner to join our People team on a fixed term basis.

This is a remote role Monday to Friday, with travel required across the country as needed.

We’re looking for someone eager to gain experience in general HR, supporting our practice managers and colleagues with advice on wellbeing, occupational health, performance management, conduct issues, grievances, and investigations.

As part of our People Team, you’ll help uphold our policies and manage the full employee lifecycle—ensuring our people are engaged, skilled, treated fairly and legally supported, all while aligning with our business goals.

About You

Our ideal candidate will :

• Proficient admin use of UKG HR Information System
• Have experience working within an HR role and / or holding or working towards CIPD qualification (Desirable)
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
• Strong stakeholder relationships with various departments to enable collaborative delivery.
