Sanctuary Care is looking to recruit and experienced People Business Partner to provide a dedicated and first-class HR support to our portfolio of homes within Cornwall.

Salary £44,192.04 rising to £46,517.88 per annum after 12 months satisfactory performance, plus car allowance £8,445.03 per annum

35 hours per week

About the role

Sanctuary Care is looking to recruit and experienced People Business Partner to provide a dedicated and first-class HR support to our portfolio of homes within Cornwall.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that we meet our goals of recruiting, retaining and managing the best staff. You will do this by demonstrating operational knowledge and experience in the fields of change, TUPE, restructuring, employment legislation and dispute resolution as well as day to day employee relations management. You will relish change, have a pragmatic approach and be an excellent communicator.

Travel and occasional overnight stays are required, as is a full, valid driving licence.
