A healthcare support organization in Worthing is seeking a People and Culture Business Partner to support human resources functions throughout the division. This mid-senior level role is pivotal for advising on HR matters, mentoring staff, and promoting a culture of inclusivity and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree or equivalent experience, as well as CIPD Level 7 accreditation. This full-time position emphasizes strategic engagement and collaboration across various teams.
