Overview

We're looking for a People Analytics Team Manager to join our HR Shared Services team based in Rushden.

Location: Rushden - hybrid working available, with travel to the office required 1 day per week

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - 7.5 hour day between 8am and 5.30pm - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

Responsibilities
  • Leading and mentoring a team of People Analytics Specialists
  • Managing reporting operations and maintaining the reporting calendar
  • Delivering dashboards, reports, and visualisations to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborating with HR, IT, and business units to ensure data accuracy and relevance
  • Driving continuous improvement, automation, and adoption of self-service reporting tools
Qualifications
  • You have experience in people analytics, HR reporting, and business intelligence
  • You're confident using Power BI, DAX, Azure, and advanced Excel
  • You're a strong communicator and leader with excellent data storytelling skills
  • You understand HR metrics, compliance, and data governance
