A leading UK retailer is seeking an experienced HR analytics professional to drive strategic reporting and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise in PowerBI and advanced data visualisation while aligning analytics with long-term HR objectives. You will lead the evolution of HR capabilities, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards like GDPR. With strong analytical and project management skills, you will help shape the future of analytics in a vibrant workplace offering extensive training and development opportunities.
Advanced Data Visualisation : Build complex HR analytics in PowerBI, blending, manipulating, and integrating vast data sets from diverse sources to achieve advanced and intuitive data visualisation for end users.
People Metrics Definition : Define and standardise the critical people metrics required for effective workforce planning, people planning, and to support the core hire to retire processes, ensuring these metrics provide the foundation for all HR analytics and reporting.
Technology Partnership : Serve as a HR analytics SME, collaborating with the technology data office (CDO) team to advance HR analytics maturity, including defining and planning the strategic automation of data processes and engineering requirements.
Future‑Proof Reporting Tools : Ensure that our reporting tools are not only fit for purpose today but also equipped to meet future challenges and business growth, ensuring scalability, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
Identify and pursue opportunities to collaborate with the CDO team to explore and define use cases for machine learning and generative AI. Serve as the central point of contact for the people team, ensuring seamless connectivity, enhanced productivity, and improved experience in these initiatives.
Ensure the delivery of people reporting and analytics, while upholding the highest standards of data privacy, security, and GDPR compliance. Responsible for data access control in accordance with Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) and Role Based Permissions.
