A prominent educational institution in Wales seeks a proactive People Adviser to join their People & Organisational Development team. This role involves offering expert HR advice, coaching managers, and fostering a supportive workplace. The successful candidate will work hybrid, primarily supporting the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, and must possess strong communication and organizational skills. We are looking for a proactive People Adviser to join our People & Organisational Development team, supporting a diverse academic and professional services workforce. A People Adviser who shares our commitment to excellence, inclusivity, and empathetic leadership.
In this role you will primarily provide support to the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama in Cardiff but will also support allocated managers at USW. We are currently operating a hybrid-model of working; the successful candidate would be expected to work on site at RWCMD for two days per week and attend meetings at the Treforest campus where necessary.
