Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced People Administrator to work with a charitable organisation on a temporary basis. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week (Mon – Fri).

Overview :

This position sits within the organisation’s People and Culture team, and plays a key role in delivering smooth and efficient administrative support across the full employee lifecycle. You will support onboarding processes, maintain accurate employee records, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of people operations within the organisation.

Main Duties :
  • Provide administrative support across all stages of the employee lifecycle
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new starters
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
  • Assist with preparing documentation including contracts and letters
  • Respond to incoming queries in a professional manner
  • Liaise with internal teams to support day to day people operations
  • Contribute to process improvements within the department
Essential Criteria :
  • Previous experience in HR administration
  • DBS clearance
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
  • Confident using IT systems and HR databases
