As a Pensions Team Leader, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll lead a dedicated team managing two in‑house defined benefit pension schemes. This is a role where your expertise will make a real difference ensuring compliance, improving processes, and delivering exceptional service to our members. You’ll have the opportunity to influence change, develop your leadership skills, and contribute to a business that supports national security and infrastructure.
Day‑to‑day you’ll be required to:
This role is full‑time, 36 hours per week Monday to Friday and provides hybrid working arrangements.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
