Our Local Authority Client is looking for a Pensions Administrator to join their team.
Provide basic administrative duties for the benefits processing function of the shared pensions administration service for Sutton and Kingston Pension Funds.

Representative accountabilities
  • Check and validate records using a range of databases and systems to ensure accuracy of customer and service management information.
  • Provide information to customers on the availability of or use of Council services in accordance with Council procedures.
  • Operate equipment/materials/vehicles that may require some specialist training in order to deliver tasks
Specific accountabilities
  • Provide general pension administration duties, including:
    • Updating electronic records;
    • Requesting/chasing information;
    • Indexing incoming post;
    • Managing the team’s email inbox.
  • Answer the team phone.
  • Coordinate meetings and take minutes.
Person specification
  • Good communication (verbal and written), numeracy and IT skills.
  • An ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
  • Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to for the relevant work area.
