Handle the full range of LGPS calculations (cradle to grave), ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Provide expert support with complex member queries and calculations. Assist the Pensions Manager with all aspects of LGPS administration. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pensions professional to step into a key leadership role and support the effective delivery of the LGPS within a busy North London authority.

  • Handle the full range of LGPS calculations (cradle to grave), ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide expert support with complex member queries and calculations.
  • Assist the Pensions Manager with all aspects of LGPS administration.
Qualifications / Experience
  • Strong experience working within the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS).
  • In-depth knowledge of LGPS regulations and their practical application.
  • Proven ability to manage a pensions team and oversee technical work.
  • Experience with Altair desirable (other pensions systems will be considered).
