£700- £800pd PAYE

Responsibilities

The Pega Architect is a hands-on, strategic role responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the decisioning framework within the Pega platform, with a strong focus on the Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). This individual will be a subject matter expert who can translate business goals into scalable and efficient decisioning strategies, while also performing the practical configuration and implementation of those solutions.

Key Requirements

• Pega Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega, with a strong specialization in Pega Decisioning.

• Core Decisioning Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with Pega CDH, Next-Best-Action Designer, Pega AI, and related concepts.

• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Pega Platform versions 8.x and above.

• Proficiency in configuring strategies, propositions, treatments, and channels.

• Strong knowledge of Pega's data model, data flows, and integration capabilities (e.g., REST, SOAP).

• Certifications: Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) is essential; Pega Certified Lead Decisioning Architect certification would be a significant advantage.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to work both independently and lead a team in an Agile environment.

• Domain Knowledge: Experience in industries that heavily use real-time personalization, such as financial services, telecommunications, or marketing, is highly desirable.
