The Role

We are looking for a teacher who can inspire students of all abilities to engage in physical activity and lead a healthy lifestyle.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality PE lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (experience with KS5/BTEC Sport desirable).
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons across a variety of sports (e.g., Football, Netball, Rugby, Athletics, Gymnastics).
  • Running extra-curricular clubs and fixtures after school.
  • Contributing to the wider life of the school and the house system.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or a relevant PGCE in Physical Education.
  • Has a degree in Sports Science or a related field.
  • Is an excellent communicator with strong behaviour management skills.
  • Is enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to student development.
  • ECTs are welcome to apply and will be supported by an outstanding induction program.
