A healthcare organization in the UK is seeking a PCN Administrator to support the Clinical Director and PCN Manager. This role involves coordinating meetings, managing service performance data, and assisting in project coordination. Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organizational skills, and experience in office administration. This part-time role offers flexible working arrangements and a salary ranging from £27,500 to £30,000 per year.
The post holder willsupport the Clinical Director and PCN Manager in the effective delivery of the EastWaverley (EW) Primary Care Network (PCN), Network, Direct Enhanced Service(DES) contract and other service developments as they emerge. They will providethe required support to ensure that all aspects of the Network DES aredelivered efficiently. This is a key role within the PCN management team andthe job requires a high degree of flexibility.
The post holder isexpected to act on their own initiative on a daily basis to ensure theeffective running of the service, prioritising their own workload as required.
The post holder isexpected to liaise effectively and professionally with all levels of staff,external organisations, and the public, dealing with confidential informationin an appropriate manner.
Co-ordinate internal and external meetings and takeminutes as required
Participate and support in the coordination of projects.
To support the gathering of information or reportsin a timely manner as required regarding service performance monitoring andtargets.
Participate in submissions and assist in thecoordination of operational reports as requested
The post holder will be expected to liaise andcommunicate effectively with all levels of staff within the PCN Practices andwider stakeholder organisations
Plan and prioritise workload in accordance with ClinicalDirector and PCN Managers schedules
To provide and maintain a good service with thefocus on customer care for service users with the ability to managechallenging interactions effectively
Input of invoices onto the finance system
Support the PCN Education Lead and PCN Manager inthe administration of training databases, CPD requests, organisation of thebi-annual learning events and other ad hoc duties as required.

To report service data to ensure service meetscontractual requirements and effective reporting systems are maintained
Ensure data collection, analysis and activityreporting is completed within the given timescales and to plan and prioritiseworkloads accordingly

To contribute to service improvement initiatives asagreed, while supporting colleagues through periods of change and collaboratingto resolve challenges as they arise
Participate in relevant internal and externalworking groups/projects when directed
Attend designated meetings and transcribingminutes. Distribute information prior to and following meetings
Undertake any ad-hoc duties as required by the ClinicalDirector and PCN Manager.
