Job summary

A leading adult social care provider in Swansea is looking for a PBS Practitioner to implement and monitor PBS interventions for adults with complex needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering specialist interventions and possess a Level 3 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team and ensure quality support for individuals.
