Overview

We are seeking an experienced end-to-end payroller to join our clients team for a temporary assignment lasting 2-3 months (something further could come of this). If you are passionate about Payroll, reporting and journals, and thrive in a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 1 member of staff and process end-to-end payroll for our organisation
• Prepare and submit payroll reports and journals
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end processes
• Handle payroll inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to employees

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an end-to-end payroller
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Day-to-Day

As an end-to-end payroller, you will be responsible for overseeing 1 member of staff, processing payroll, preparing reports and journals, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will collaborate with the finance team and provide support for month-end and year-end processes. Additionally, you will handle employee inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service.
