Job summary

A leading construction firm in Greater London is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their friendly team. The role requires processing weekly and monthly payrolls, handling employee inquiries, and ensuring accuracy in deductions and payments. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in high-volume payroll environments being highly desirable. Qualifications

  • Ability to produce manual calculations for PAYE, NI, Pension, and statutory payments.
  • Track record in a high-volume payroll environment is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Vlookups and pivot tables in Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Process a weekly and monthly payroll.
  • Input and upload data for employee payments and deductions.
  • Issue tax forms (P45's).
  • Handle enquiries from employees.
  • Reconcile deductions and complete 3rd party payments.
  • Complete statutory returns and submissions.
