A dynamic payroll solution provider in Warwickshire is seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to manage payroll for over 100 clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end payroll processes and be proficient in systems like BrightPay, Employment Hero, and Xero. Qualifications

• Experienced payroll professional with a solid background in managing payroll processes.
• Ability to manage a busy workload in a varied client base.
• Stay updated with current payroll legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly and monthly payroll for a portfolio of over 100 clients.
• Process new starters and leavers as needed.
• Calculate and record statutory payments, including SSP and SMP.
• Complete HMRC submissions such as P45s, P60s, and P11Ds.
• Administer auto-enrolment pension schemes.
