This hybrid role involves managing weekly payroll processing for about 4000 employees during a crucial transition period. The successful candidate will take ownership of a manual payroll process, heavily involving Excel, and coordinate closely with HR and Finance. This is a temporary position for at least 3 months with a pay rate of £350 to £400 per day depending on experience.

  • Managing end-to-end weekly payroll processing for c4000 UK employees
  • Taking ownership of a heavily manual payroll process with extensive use of Excel
  • Supporting the transition and knowledge transfer from the outgoing payroll lead
  • Coordinating closely with HR and Finance to ensure accurate updates for starters, leavers, bonuses, benefits, and changes
