About the role

As a Payroll & Benefits Administration Specialist you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality compensation and benefits services across France, the UK, Belgium and the Netherlands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, compliance and continuous improvement in HR operations.

You’ll manage payroll, benefits, time & attendance and offboarding processes while ensuring compliance with local support audits, driving automation initiatives and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver seamless Total Rewards services.

About you

You bring strong experience in HR operations and a passion for delivering accurate compliant and employee‑focused Total Rewards – oriented proactive and thrive in a dynamic international environment.

You will also bring:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in Payroll and Benefits Administration
  • Experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Protime and ServiceNow
  • In‑depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations in France, UK, Belgium and the Netherlands
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements
  • Proficiency in English with additional fluency in French and Dutch
  • A proactive self‑starting mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
