Overview

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll & HR Administrator to support our People & Culture operations across the UK and Ireland. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong HR and payroll experience, ready to hit the ground running in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver transactional HR services aligned with Group People & Culture processes
  • Manage personnel administration including contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and payroll interface
  • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and internal governance
  • Collaborate with global P&C colleagues to implement HR strategies and initiatives
  • Support change management and provide guidance to leaders on HR-related matters
Skills & Experience
  • Strong background in HR operations and payroll administration
  • Familiarity with employment law, contracts, and compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience a plus
  • IPASS qualification (or equivalent Irish payroll training) desirable
  • Knowledge of Irish employment law advantageous
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work under pressure
