Payouts Team Leader

Reading (hybrid working)

£55,000 to £60,000 plus fantastic bonus and benefits

Our client is a fast-growing and well-established company that specializes in the provision of Asset Finance.

The successful candidate will be looking to take the next step up in their career as they assist the Operations Manager as Payouts Team Leader on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities
  1. Management of the Payouts Team including one-to-ones.
  2. Preparation and control of daily new business pay-outs of finance contracts.
  3. Load leasing transactions onto the Lease Administration System.
  4. Liaise with the Finance Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of all suppliers.
  5. Issuing of invoices and copy lease documentation to customers as part of the post payment process and as part of the ongoing life cycle of the leasing transactions through to end of lease and secondary periods.
  6. Filing and scanning of all leasing documentation.
  7. Administration of the Direct Debit Collection system.
  8. Provide a point of contact for general queries on lease documentation and the Lease Administration system for the Sales Team.
  9. Control the payments of Maintenance to relevant suppliers.
  10. Deal with customer queries either directly or by identifying and passing on to the relevant business area within the company.
  11. Calculation of contractual settlement and termination figures.
  12. Coordination of offsite document archiving.
  13. Coordinate the sending out of external post.
  14. All-round team member who will be willing to get involved in issues and areas outside of their specific job role as required within a small company environment.
  15. You will have a proven track record of team management within Asset Finance Payouts.
