A leading payments company is looking for a Payments Operational Relationship Account Manager. This role involves onboarding clients, providing operational support, and managing risks. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and experience in payments, alongside fluency in French. The position offers a hybrid working model with 3 days remote and 2 days in the office in London.
Payments Operational Relationship Account Manager – French speaking – 12 month contract – Hybrid/Remote
My blue chip client in the card payment space are looking for a French speaking account manager / client relationship manager (note this is not a sales role).
To be suitable, you will have strong interpersonal skills, experience of payments including card schemes, and dealing with issuers, acquirers and other networks, and have good technical understanding of payments.
Day to day, you will be responsible for onboarding new participants and providing operational support to issuers, acquirers, processors, and network-to-network partners. You will actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management. Ideally, you will be fluent in French but Spanish or Italian will be considered.
Hybrid work: 3 days remote, 2 days in office in London. Willing to consider strong candidates who fit the requirement and can travel to meet clients as needed.
