A leading NHS Trust in Stanmore is seeking an administrative support role focused on improving patient pathways. Responsibilities include managing referral processes, ensuring compliance with waiting time targets, and maintaining communication with patients and staff. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, an understanding of healthcare processes, and a commitment to patient care. The post holder will be required to act as a flexible administrative resource actively supporting patient pathway improvement projects across the Trust. The post-holder will have direct patient contact working with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure that patient care is coordinated and delivered with minimum level of difficulty to our patients, in the service delivery of 18 week and cancer waiting time pathways and other performance targets.
