A healthcare provider in Sheffield is seeking a forward-thinking Patient Navigator/Receptionist to join their compassionate team. This part-time position will involve delivering exceptional patient-centric services, handling calls, managing patient records, and ensuring a tidy reception area. Candidates must possess confidence in phone usage, good IT skills, and the ability to follow instructions. Sheffield Walk-in-Centre are looking for a forward thinking Patient Navigator/Receptionist to facilitate and deliver a patient centric experience. This is an opportunity to provide care that will really make a difference by working within a caring, compassionate team who truly put the patients at the forefront of their work.
The Patient Navigator will work with our existing team to provide patient focused telephone and administration services that assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professionals.
Note: This is a part-time job. The full-time equivalent for us is 40 hours per week.

Walk in Centre sees 77,500 patients annually through walk-in and those booked directly into the service through external system partners such as NHS 111. We have a close relationship with the local hospitals and work across the city with our external partners, to ensure we are providing high-quality care for our patients.
