Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is important.

Responsibilities

• Contact PDNA patients to encourage attendance.
• Engage communities and educate on screening benefits.
• Record contact attempts and track patient progress.
• Produce monthly activity reports and improve engagement strategies.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Confident and professional on the telephone

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

Experience in a customer, patient, or public-facing role

Understanding of confidentiality and data protection
