A leading electrical safety compliance organization in Galashiels is seeking an Electrical Equipment Tester (PAT Tester). The Role

As an Electrical Equipment Tester (PAT Tester) at Guardian Electrical Compliance, you will carry out inspections and tests on electrical equipment in commercial and industrial environments. You will make sure everything meets the standards set out in the latest IET Code of Practice – and keep clear, accurate records of your work for our clients and auditors.

Additional Job Details
  • Full‑Time Position: Available immediately.
  • Hours: Contracted 45 hours per week (Overtime available and paid travel time).
  • Salary Bracket: £29,835 (£35k to £40k OTE)
  • Location: Galashiels
Extra Information
  • We provide your work van and testing equipment (you just need your own hand tools)
  • Paid travel time – 1 hour each way is included in your working day
