Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and assemble dishes in line with the client environment and centrally driven menus and promotions.
  • Follow accurate portion control and use preferred suppliers wherever possible.
  • Bring passion and creativity to pastry-setting dessert specifications, plating standards, and delivering consistently exceptional results.
  • Create and follow recipes to maintain quality, cost control, and consistency.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a positive, guest‑focused team.
  • Produce dishes that excite and delight our guests.
  • Ensure all food is stored, handled, and packed safely and correctly in line with Food Safety and Hygiene Regulations.
  • Maintain accurate temperature records, take remedial action where needed, and report concerns to your line manager.
  • Operate all kitchen equipment safely, following training and procedures, and report any faults promptly.
  • Maintain clean and organised work areas, ensuring waste is recorded and disposed of correctly.
  • Demonstrate competency across all areas of preparation, cooking, and counter service.
  • Uphold exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and hospitality service.
  • Comply with all health & safety legislation, food safety standards, and Levy company policies.
  • Attend and complete all required training, including brand training, food safety, and H&S.
  • Maintain high standards of personal presentation and hygiene.
  • Monitor, record, and manage daily production schedules for each menu item.
