Pastoral Teaching Assistant Whats on Offer :

Pastoral Teaching Assistant The Role :
  • Provide 1:1 small‑group and in‑class pastoral support for pupils facing behavioural, emotional or wellbeing challenges.
  • Lead restorative conversations to rebuild relationships and return pupils to learning.
  • Collaborate with teachers and the pastoral team to deliver consistent effective interventions.
  • Be a visible presence across the school proactively supporting pupils before issues escalate.
Pastoral Teaching Assistant Who Were Looking For
