This role involves promoting student wellbeing, overseeing attendance, and collaborating with families and external agencies. This is a rewarding role focused on student wellbeing, behaviour, attendance, and safeguarding. You\'ll take the lead on pastoral care for Year 9, working closely with senior leaders, families, and external agencies to ensure all students feel supported, safe, and successful in school.
Lift Clacton is a rapidly improving school at the heart of the community and recently achieved \"Good\" (June 2024). The school has experienced significant growth and improvement with student numbers now over 1,500.
