Are you driven to make a real difference in the lives of young people? Do you believe every child deserves someone who will champion their well-being, remove barriers, and help them thrive? At Oasis Academy MediaCityUK, we’re looking for a passionate Pastoral Leader to join our team and lead on strategies that nurture resilience, inclusion, and positive relationships. This is your opportunity to shape lives, strengthen our community, and grow your career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
As a Pastoral Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the personal, well-being, and behaviour of our students. This is a dynamic, people-focused role where every day brings opportunities to make a real difference in the lives of young people.
Joining Oasis Academy MediaCityUK means becoming part of a values-led, ambitious school at the heart of a vibrant community. We are proud of our high standards, strong relationships, and exceptional pastoral care—and we’re now focused on becoming Outstanding.

Staff benefit from robust CPD pathways, leadership opportunities, and a supportive, family-like culture. Beyond the classroom, our onsite Oasis Hub runs youth outreach, adult learning, and community programmes in partnership with organisations like the BBC and The Lowry—helping you see the impact of your work extend far beyond the school gates.
If you’re ready to be a champion for our students and lead pastoral care that transforms lives, we’d love to hear from you.
