Qualifications

• Hold a relevant qualification or demonstrable relevant experience.
• Possess an understanding of legislation relevant to education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily timetable coordination and create individual schedules.
• Provide pastoral plans responding to individual needs.
• Write risk assessments and support plans for students.
• Maintain safe and respectful relationships with students.
• Provide trauma-informed responses during crisis situations.
• Record and report accurately using relevant systems.
