Job Title : Heavy Plant Parts Supervisor

Location : Sittingbourne, Kent

Salary : Up to £45,000 per annum

NEOS Engineering are recruiting on behalf of a leading international OEM of construction machinery for an experienced Heavy Plant Parts Supervisor to join their team in Sittingbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a globally recognised brand and play a key role in ensuring parts operations run efficiently and effectively.

The Role

As the Heavy Plant Parts Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the parts department, managing inventory, and ensuring the timely supply of parts to service and sales teams. You will supervise a team of parts personnel, coordinate workflow, and maintain excellent customer service standards. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong technical knowledge, leadership, and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the day‑to‑day operation of the parts department
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and parts ordering for a range of construction machinery
