Working Hours: Monday - Friday 7am-5pm, Saturdays as required. Overtime available.

Role Overview
To ensure the Stores operations and processes run smoothly whilst also maintaining all relevant paperwork relating to stores and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the booking in of parts from suppliers, ensuring parts and volumes received are correct.
- Responsible for allocating parts to vehicles and/ or jobs.
- Build and maintain excellent working relationship with suppliers including ordering parts, negotiating prices and reviewing SLA’s
- Maintain and update all in house systems with regards to the movement of stock.
- Ensure all parts and old units returned are labelled and packed properly and all paperwork is completed correctly.
- Maintain a good standard of housekeeping within the Stores department.
- Production of stock reports.
- Raising purchase order numbers on MS Dynamics
- To ensure effective maintenance of internal systems including the correct input of data.
- General administration including filing.
- Supporting with new software implementation.
- Input of job costings on R2C.
- Liaise with compliance department to ensure parts are ordered & available for pre-booked jobs.
- Any other tasks deemed appropriate by the Senior Management.
Skills
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Flexibility to get tasks completed as needed
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of working with stock control system/ software
- Experience of working in stores or undertaking a procurement-based role.
- Polite and confident telephone and email manner
- Highly organised with the ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Strong communicator with the ability to build solid working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- The written communication skills to produce succinct correspondence and reports.
- Driven self-starter
- Ability to prioritise work and manage own diary amidst challenging demands on time
- The role holder will be required to cover for work colleagues in times of absence.
- Experience in R2C software would be a benefit but training can be given.
