Qualifications

Join us as a Parts Advisor - on a daily basis you will serve our internal and external customers in a timely manner, giving them effective advice based on your personal knowledge of products. What does the role of Parts Advisor involve?

• Work within the parts department, serving internal and external customers, providing advice on products and parts available to them
• Uphold the correct implementation of pricing structures
• Work closely with the Parts Leader to monitor stock control
• Complete all paperwork and requisitions accordingly, at all times maintaining a secure environment
• Full UK manual driving licence desirable not essential
• Parts experience desirable not essential, customer service experience a must, be able to demonstrate your understanding of products to customers and internal departments
• Experience working alone as well as in a team
• Organisation/admin/computer systems experience
