This role requires strong people skills to manage customer inquiries and ensure a smooth running of the parts department. We are seeking a Customer-focused Parts Supervisor to join Brayleys Cars Limited's Nissan dealership in Oldham. It's a fast-paced environment where you will be part of the team reporting to the Service Manager. This role offers you the opportunity to use your people skills to keep our parts department running smoothly. As part of our aftersales team you will be responsible for handling face-to-face, phone and email queries and converting these to workshop bookings. You will manage the end-to-end customer experience.

All of our new to Automotive Retail Parts Supervisors receive a comprehensive suite of training designed to help you become an expert in the role, throughout your first 12 months with us.
You’ll be joining an expanding business that represents Honda Passenger Cars, Honda Motorcycles, Nissan, KIA, Mazda, Hyundai, Renault, Dacia and Suzuki across London, The Home Counties, The Thames Valley, The West Midlands and the Greater Manchester area.
