Job summary

A vehicle service company in Chippenham is seeking an enthusiastic Parts Advisor to support their aftersales department. The successful candidate will manage deliveries, assist customers at the front desk, and develop strong customer relationships. We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Parts Advisor to join our team in Chippenham. This role is essential to the aftersales department at a main dealer of new and used vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Working both behind the scenes receiving deliveries and at the front desk serving customers.
  • You will be responsible for pre‑picking parts for the workshop job cards, picking parts for customer orders and checking availability of stock.
  • Through in‑bound and out‑bound telephone enquiries, walk‑in customers, and internet enquiries you will be developing customer relationships.
  • Ensuring consumables and service parts are regularly replenished providing a swift service to our workshop and other departments.
  • Handle warranty claims processing and complete all relevant administration promptly and accurately (including customer records and invoicing).

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure full time hours working 8:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday with a 8:00 - 12:30 shift every second Saturday.
