This role

As our Partnerships Account Executive, you’ll work closely with our UK Partnerships Manager and play a key role in scaling high‑impact partner relationships that drive sustainable pipeline and revenue growth across the UK market.

  • Growing revenue through a portfolio of high‑performing referral and strategic partners
  • Building and converting a strong partner‑led pipeline into closed‑won deals
  • Deepening partner engagement, capability and advocacy for Employment Hero
  • Contributing to the acceleration of our UK growth as we scale towards our BHAG
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of UK‑based referral and strategic partners
  • Driving partner‑sourced pipeline through enablement, joint planning and execution
  • Owning the end‑to‑end sales cycle for partner‑referral opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing and Partnerships to maximise impact
  • Forecasting accurately and consistently delivering against revenue targets
  • Using data and insights to prioritise effort and continuously improve performance
