Responsibilities

  • Support Partner Managers in delivering contractual assets for key global partners.
  • Assist with budgeting, ticketing, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team for strategic activation plans.
  • Work closely with partners on marketing materials creation and approval.
  • Prepare and deliver regular partner reports.
  • Maintain partnership asset trackers and internal status reports.
  • Deliver key projects with the Partner Operations team.
  • Keep internal stakeholders informed of partner initiatives.
  • Support partner-focused events organisation.

Description

We are looking for a Partner Executive to join our growing Commercial department. Working closely with Partner Managers and Senior Partner Managers, you will support the strategic planning and flawless execution of partnership activations, while also providing essential operational and administrative support across the wider Partnerships function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Partner Managers and Senior Partner Managers in delivering contractual assets and industry-leading activations for key global partners
  • Assist with the operational delivery of partnership programmes, including budgeting, ticketing, reporting, and post-campaign analysis
  • Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to develop and deliver strategic activation plans that maximise engagement
  • Work closely with partners on the creation and approval of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
  • Prepare and deliver regular partner reports, tracking progress across projects and workstreams
  • Maintain accurate partnership asset trackers and internal status reports
  • Work alongside the Partner Operations team to deliver key projects and provide operational administrative support
  • Keep internal stakeholders informed of partner initiatives and programmes
  • Support the organisation and delivery of partner-focused events, working closely with Guest Services
