A leading sports education provider in the UK is looking for an Activity Professional to teach sports and physical activities to children. Responsibilities include planning and delivering coaching sessions, ensuring high-quality teaching standards. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, have a passion for sport and be able to travel to various schools. This part-time, permanent role offers opportunities for career progression and development within a supportive environment.
Main Duties: Teaching sport and physical activities to children and young people, both in school curriculum time following the PE National Curriculum and/or set programs of study and also deliver a range of OSHL, (Out Of School Hours Learning) extracurricular activities before school, at lunch times, after school and in school holiday periods. Improving child development and fitness through high delivery standards. Part time members of staff would also be expected to assist with the running of wraparound clubs before and after school hours.
