Job Title: Part-Time School Administrative Assistant
Location: Warrington
Contract Type: Part-Time / Temporary
Salary: £13.75 – £15 per hour

The Role

We are seeking a friendly and organised School Administrative Assistant to provide part-time support in a busy Warrington primary school. You will help keep daily operations running smoothly while offering excellent service to pupils, staff, parents and visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and handle calls and emails with professionalism.
  • Carry out general admin tasks such as data entry, record keeping and document preparation.
  • Keep pupil records and attendance information accurate and up to date.
  • Assist the leadership team with meetings, school events and diary management.
Qualifications
  • Enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply).
  • Previous admin experience—school or education setting preferred.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
