Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and possess successful link selling skills to drive business.
  • Assume the ability to outfit build customers; recommend additional products and drive store KPIs.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador and maintain a keen interest in current fashion and market trends.
  • Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation and organizational issues are addressed appropriately.
  • Show flexibility and innovation when reacting to the changing business environment, especially around peak trade.
  • Drive sales using our digital platforms.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience within hospitality/retail.
  • Hardworking with strong communication skills.
