We’re seeking a highly organised, trustworthy Personal Assistant to support the Founder of a Human Rights charity with a mix of business and personal responsibilities.
This is a hands‑on, varied role that blends professional administration including document management, diary coordination, and light accounts with private tasks such as managing online sales and personal appointments.
It would suit someone who’s detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and enjoys working independently while supporting a busy, mission‑driven individual.
Provide administrative and organisational support for the charity’s Founder.
Proofread, edit, and format documents, reports, and correspondence.
Maintain digital filing systems and track key documents.
Assist with light bookkeeping and expense management.
Coordinate meetings, events, and travel logistics.
Manage private appointments and scheduling.
Handle personal filing, receipts, and accounts.
Oversee the sale of personal items online (e.g. listings, shipping, communications).
Liaise with household or service providers when required.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Proven experience as a PA, EA, or administrative professional (experience supporting a Founder or Director is a plus).
Excellent proofreading and document formatting skills.
Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
Comfortable managing accounts, expenses, and online sales platforms.
Tech‑confident: proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and online tools.
Flexible, proactive, and able to manage shifting priorities.
UK‑based, with access to London for occasional in‑person meetings.
Hours: Part‑time 3 days per week, flexible IMMEDIATE START
Contract: 3 months initially, with potential for a permanent offer

Remuneration: Dependent on experience
