Overview

Part-Time Office Administrator (20 Hours Per Week) — Location: Bathgate. Employment Type: Part-time, Office-Based (Mon-Fri 9:30-1:30, flexibility needed to cover holidays/busy times). Salary: Competitive. Start Date: ASAP.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Welcoming calls, emails, and walk-ins with warmth and professionalism
  • Coordinating diaries and scheduling meetings with precision
  • Providing hands-on admin support — no task too big or small
  • Keeping inboxes in check and responding to queries quickly
  • Scanning, filing, and keeping documents organised
  • Assisting with marketing materials using Canva and Microsoft Office
  • Encouraging client engagement and requesting reviews
  • Occasionally helping with property viewings
  • Supporting basic financial admin and petty cash
  • Sharing industry news and insights with the team
  • Handling mail and updating internal systems
What You'll Need
  • Previous experience in an admin or office support role
  • A natural multitasker with top-notch organisational skills
  • Personable, confident communicator who loves being around people
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (and ideally Canva)
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
  • Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
