Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMC Part 3 registration.
• Experience in occupational health within a fast-paced environment, ideally manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills for building relationships across functions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational health services including case management and wellbeing initiatives.
• Provide advice on all EHW-related matters, partnering with HR and line managers.
• Analyse data to develop health initiatives aligned with Government guidance.
