A leading fitness recruitment agency is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join their team. The role involves engaging with fitness businesses, sourcing candidates, and managing outreach efforts in a highly dynamic environment. We’re looking for a Junior Recruiter to join the Jobs In. Fitness team who’s proactive, switched‑on, and not scared of sending that message or picking up the phone.
You’ll help us find great talent, build pipelines and support brands across the fitness industry with fast, quality shortlists. Think of this as the perfect blend of fitness culture + talent spotting + smart outreach.
Jobs In. Fitness is where the fitness industry comes to hire. We work with the best gyms, studios, and performance brands across the UK - helping them find coaches, managers, front‑of‑house stars, sales talent, and future leaders.
● Salary: £15k (20 hours per week) + great performance based incentives.

Identify and reach out to fitness businesses (gyms, studios, boutiques, wellness brands, performance centres) to introduce Jobs In. Fitness and understand their hiring needs.
Send daily outreach messages to generate new business conversations.
Build a pipeline of warm fitness‑business leads for the senior recruiter/founder.
Book intro calls with potential client employers.
Track all activity and keep the CRM clean and updated.
Source candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, Instagram, communities, referrals — anywhere great people hang out.
Run confident LinkedIn outreach campaigns to attract passive talent for all roles (PTs, coaches, ops, FOH, managers, etc.).
Review CVs, run screening calls, and create clean shortlists quickly.
Build talent pipelines across roles — coaches, PTs, ops, FOH, sales, management.
Manage a smooth, respectful, fast candidate experience.
Obsessed with the fitness industry — you train, you get the culture, you speak the language.
Confident communicator: DMs, emails, calls, Loom videos — whatever works.
Happy doing outreach and not shy about starting conversations.
Detail‑driven and organised — you keep on top of your pipelines.
Curious, ambitious, and eager to learn recruitment properly.
Recruitment or sales experience is a bonus, but attitude matters more, we are looking for a hustler!
