A luxury property developer in Winchester is seeking a part-time Interior Designer. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in residential projects and manage all phases of interior design, from technical specifications to styling. You will work closely with teams and homeowners ensuring bespoke designs are delivered on time and budget. A hybrid work setup is available with a salary of up to £40,000 pro rata, along with generous holidays and flexible hours.
A new part-time Interior Designer job is now available with a luxury property developer in Winchester. This role will suit an all-round designer with experience in the residential sector, a keen eye for detail and strong commercial awareness. Established over 15 years ago, our client is now a leading high-end residential developer in the South of England. With an exciting pipeline of projects, they are looking for an in-house interior designer to join their team of 22, on a permanent basis. This is a part-time opening (3-4 days, flexible to suit the perfect candidate), offering the opportunity to oversee each phase of the interior design process from technical to interior styling. The ideal candidate will be able to create bespoke joinery, FF&E and lighting schemes within time and budget. We are looking for someone personable, who can work closely with the in-house technical and commercial teams and also confidently liaise with homeowners when needed.
