A stand alone Part Time HR Manager role reporting into the CEO. A Part time role 20 hours, Mon to Thurs site based.

Job Description
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring alignment with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures as required.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure GDPR compliance.
  • Provide advice and support to management on HR-related matters.
  • Coordinate training and development programmes for staff.
  • Handle payroll administration and associated reporting requirements.
  • Monitor and manage workplace health and safety policies.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Part Time HR Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in human resources within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
