A growing PE-backed Energy Business is seeking a Head of Finance to join their team. This part-time opportunity (3 days per week) offers a competitive salary of £80,000 - £85,000 pro rata, along with benefits. The role entails managing the finance function, preparing management accounts, overseeing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Ideal candidates should have relevant qualifications, robust experience in budgeting and forecasting, and proficiency in financial software. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience.
• Previous experience in a similar role (Head of Finance / Financial Controller).
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual business planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and present accurate monthly management accounts and financial analysis.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital and cash forecasting.
