• Proven experience in marketing within a B2B, professional services or regulated industry.
• Demonstrable experience producing press releases and external communications.
• Experience delivering internal communications and coordinating content.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, particularly social media management.
• Proficiency in Canva for various marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies promoting the Gibson Shipbrokers brand globally.
• Manage and update all marketing materials including brochures and website content.
• Create engaging content for Gibson's LinkedIn profile.
• Draft and distribute press releases as needed.
• Produce a bi-monthly internal newsletter.
• Coordinate participation in industry panels and events.
• Support management and brokers in aligning marketing with business objectives.
• Attend and support company events.
• Coordinate in-house podcast production.
